Puentelex is built for USCIS-style certification workflows: your reviewed translation, followed after the last page by a certification statement naming you, the human translator, with your signature if you add one. Acceptance always rests with the receiving agency, but the format follows the conventions certified translators use for USCIS submissions every day.

No. The AI accelerates the draft; the human certifies. You review every block, and the certification statement names you, the reviewer, as the responsible party. Puentelex never issues an "instant certified translation."

One page = one source page, counted once at upload. Reviewing, editing, re-processing, and re-exporting in any format never consume additional pages. You see the page estimate per file before the draft runs; Word (DOCX) files are counted by the pages of their PDF conversion.

Annual plans convert twelve months of allowance into a single bank — 120 pages on Basic, 480 on Pro — that you draw down whenever the work arrives. Heavy month, light month: the bank doesn't care, and unused monthly rollover anxiety disappears.

Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. Your documents are processed by our AI provider only under paid business terms that prohibit using your documents to train its models. Documents are kept for 90 days by default (adjustable in Settings, up to one year), then automatically and permanently deleted, and you can delete a document yourself at any time.

Not yet — glossary and TM import (TBX, TMX, CSV) is on the roadmap. Today, drafts apply standard certified-document renderings — "acta de nacimiento → birth certificate" — and every term remains yours to adjust and confirm in review.
