FAQ
Questions, answered.
Puentelex is designed to support USCIS-style certification workflows: source layout preserved, certificate-ready language attached, per-segment audit log embedded. Final certification — and responsibility for the deliverable — remains with the human reviewer who signs it.
No. Puentelex generates a structured first-pass draft to accelerate the work. Every segment passes through human review, every edit is attributed to you, and the translator certificate names you — not an AI — as the responsible party.
One page per source page (8.5×11 or A4 equivalent), regardless of density. A 12-page divorce decree counts as 12 pages. Re-exports and edits do not consume additional pages.
Annual plans include a full-year page bank. Basic = 120 pages / year. Pro = 480 pages / year. Use them anytime during your subscription year — no monthly resets, no expiry within the term.
Puentelex is a subscription workspace, not a transactional translation service. For one-off finished documents, request a quote or connect with a professional translation partner — we can refer you.
